The development of innovative products that manage to combine better performance and characteristics of environmental sustainability, increasingly efficient production processes and services thanks to the digital transition, but also the need for personnel updated on the use of new technologies, the development of new professional figures and the birth of a new generation of entrepreneurs, are the challenges that the maritime technology sector, like other sectors, is called to face.
It therefore becomes crucial to share and create a system of skills and best practices not only locally, but also internationally through collaborative projects between clusters, companies in the sector, research institutions, universities and training institutions.
On May 4, 2023 , in the frame of the mareINfvg festival , the projects financed by European funds in which MARE FVG cluster is involved and which aim to develop activities in favor of innovation and the growth of skills in the maritime sector will be presented.
During this event, the FLORES project will be presented in a panel about Skills Alliances, where experiences will be shared by three projects funded by the Erasmus+ program ( CHAllenGE 4S , FLORES and Leadership ) and MARBLE , a project funded by the Interreg ADRION program.
