HIDROMOD is a Portuguese company specialized in Numerical Modelling, Information Technologies and Operational Systems. It was created in 1992, as a Spin Off of the University of Lisbon. It has worked in different seas and continents and has more than 550 completed projects since its beginning. It has 16 employees and a significant R&D and innovation investment. HIDROMOD provides consultancy services to support maritime and coastal activities, water resources management, environmental impacts assessment. HIDROMOD also provides operational real time services, merging together real time data and model forecasts, in different areas such as ports, urban water and wastewater, water resources management and irrigation.
