On 24th and 25th October, the FLORES project had a very active participation in the 7th GOinterHUB, the leading offshore wind congress celebrated in Ferrol, Spain, by our partner Asime Galicia, together with Navantia Seanergies, Windar Renovables & Xunta de Galicia.
Our colleague Elsa García Mayoral, PhD from Centro Tecnológico del Mar – Fundación CETMAR, presented in the session about European projects.
“Initiatives such as the European project FLORES are the way to enhance the qualification of professionals in the field of marine energy. This is one of the biggest challenges facing our industry, and we can only respond through a pact of capabilities at European level as we are launching in the OREskills partnership”.
In the framework of the congress, we also had a meeting of the hashtag#OREskills partnerships, gathering together strategic partners to keep driving forward the skills needed in the sector.
