Networking Friday on Ocean Literacy for Sustainable Blue Economy

On 28th June, the AIRCenter will host a panel on ocean literacy for sustainable blue economy, promoted by Sustainable Blue Economy Partnership – SBEP .

The FLORES project will participate in in the session Ocean literacy as a driver to attract talent to the maritime technologies.- We will explain how we have introduced ocean literacy content in the training strategy for marine technologies, and how the recommendation to promote ocean literacy has been transferred to the ORESkills consortium of the Skills Pact. We will also share the materials developed within the project to raise awareness of careers in marine renewables.
