Goal

WindEurope Annual Event will host this kear the FLORES Skills Observatory Workshop.

Description

This workshop, conducted within the framework of the FLORES project, aims to tackle the skills demand and supply side in the ORE sector for identifying gaps and mismatches and proposing targeted solutions for addressing them. It will also consider new trends and paradigm shifters impacting the sector.

Participants will be invited to provide their views and feedback on the methodologies proposed by the FLORES Skills Observatory and the first results gathered so far in this skills intelligence analysis.
