Belgian Offshore Days 2024

Belgian Offshore Days”, organised by Belgian Offshore Cluster, gives the Offshore Wind Industry a forum and encourages collaboration between Belgian and international companies.

With 1.200 attendees and over 60 exhibitors, the 2-day event in Ostende features a fair, seminars and limitless opportunities to network with some of the brightest minds in the offshore industry.

Within the conference programme, the FLORES project will be presenting during the workshop “Skills & workforce for the offshore renewable energy industry”. Together with other key players at internacional level, they will discuss about how we can tackle the challenges of the labor market. What skills does the industry need? What new courses are in development? What training needs do new renewable technologies entail?
