Organised by the Directorate-General for Employment, Social Affairs, and Inclusion (DG EMPL), the European Commission will host the first Pact for Skills Forum on 21-22 March 2024 at les Ateliers des Tanneurs in Brussels, with livestreamed sessions online. This event will provide an overview of the Pact’s achievements to date and outline its vision for future development.
The first edition of the Skills Forum will be an opportunity for Pact stakeholders, including both policymakers and practitioners, to come together to share their experiences of upskilling and reskilling, particularly at regional level, as well as their ideas and recommendations for future activities to further increase the impact of the Pact for Skills in the medium to long term.
Throughout the two days, participants will be able to share challenges, solutions, and ways forward through high-level plenaries, interactive thematic workshops, a World Café, and informal open spaces to showcase their activities and good practices, as well as opportunities to network.
