Sin embargo, para alcanzar una cifra tan prometedora, debemos asegurarnos de que las oportunidades de formaci\u00f3n que se ofrecen en toda Europa se ajustan realmente a las necesidades actuales y futuras del sector.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 22.4px;\">Para analizar estas tendencias, en el <b>Observatorio FLORES<\/b> elaboramos un mapa de la oferta formativa existente en la UE, y analizaremos las tendencias futuras del sector y c\u00f3mo repercutir\u00e1n en las necesidades de capacitaci\u00f3n de los
