The Green Academy is a platform for implementing projects, exchanging knowledge, experiences and many activities aimed at increasing awareness of the role of human resources development in the energy transformation. The European Green Deal is an ambitious European Union program that aims to guarantee the decarbonization of key sectors of the EU economy. Technologies for a low-emission economy (“net-zero”), such as onshore and offshore wind energy, hydrogen, and water – have their roots in Europe. European legislation is currently aimed at strengthening the European production and service potential of these technologies, so that the green revolution creates new valuable jobs. Poland is becoming a dynamic labor market for these technologies. However, the challenges of the labor market also apply to this sector. Employers are already experiencing a staff shortage in key “net-zero” areas for Europe The Green Academy is a joint project of the CEE Energy Group and the Industrial Development Academy. We are organizations with several years of experience in implementing large industrial projects in the renewable energy supply chain.
